Digitising sales commissions and KPIs for a SaaS startup

Challenge

The startup had working commission logic in Excel but couldn't scale it or sell it as a product. Every new rollout meant copying spreadsheets and patching them by hand.

What we built

We built the SaaS platform from scratch — with dedicated flows per role (rep, manager, admin), a scalable commission engine that handles the complex schemes from the spreadsheet and a mobile-first web app, because reps on the dealership floor work from their phones.

The product let the client launch the first 6 dealerships and raise ~$400k of funding to grow the platform.
